Fairly clean property very close to Liverpool for the purpose of watching football or a concert at Liverpool or Everton Fc as well as Goodison Park or Anfield Stadium. New-fashioned room with closets. The staff - helpful and amicable.

The location is great, near local stores and both Goodison Park and Anfield. It's quite close to everything. There is a wide range of places to eat nearby, including The Boot Room Restaurant. The room was spacious and had central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a TV.

I had a very lovely stay for 2 nights and did not want to leave there. The location was peaceful and comfortable, about 5 minutes drive to Williamson's Tunnels. Moreover, it was really close to a concert at Liverpool as well as the center and the docks.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable house. Great bus links to the city center. Simple check-in process. The Cabbage Hall nearby offers delicious meals. About a 10-minute walk to Anfield. Jude, the host, was accommodating. I would definitely return for future visits.

The price was significantly overpriced. Limited towels and teatowels provided.

I absolutely adored how clean and spotless this venue was during my two-night stay; it also conveniently nestled in a peaceful and tranquil neighborhood, merely a stone's throw away from both Liverpool and Anfield. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff, especially Jude, were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.
